The Life of Dog Support Guarantee is not a money-back guarantee, nor is it a guarantee of results. All training advice from initial consultation with the founder must be adopted by the owner for the support guarantee to remain valid. If the owner adopts an alternative form of training without prior discussion with their Alan's K9 Academy trainer, the guarantee will be considered null and void. You are responsible to continue practicing what we taught in the training sessions. The guarantee is transferrable and will terminate upon the death of the dog.

The Alan's K9 Academy Life of Dog Support Guarantee provides that if the owner continues to carry out all the training instructions given by the trainer at the training lessons, the Alan’s K9 Academy trainer will continue to work with the owner, to achieve the desired results, for the life of the dog at no additional charge.

All Problems Covered: The Life of Dog Support Guarantee provides for ongoing support, free of additional charge, no matter if the same problems recur, or if new problems trained arise. There is never an additional charge when your trainer returns, except for transportation costs if agreed in advance in certain areas falling outside the geographical area covered by your trainer.

In Writing: Clients receive an electronic copy of our Terms of Service agreement that serves as an official Alan's K9 Academy document, outlining in writing all the terms and conditions which must be adhered to for continuing with the Life of Dog Support Guarantee.

Limitations: The Life of Dog Support Guarantee may not be transferred to another dog. It is not a money-back guarantee, nor is it a guarantee of results. If the dog is euthanized or the dog dies, the Life of Dog Support Guarantee is rendered null and void. All training advice must be adopted by the owner in order for the Life of Dog Support Guarantee to remain valid. If the owner adopts an alternative form of training without prior discussion with their trainer this will render the Life of Dog Support Guarantee null and void.
